Our Story

Story of Company

Subhash Mangat & Group has been at the forefront of the real estate market in North India, especially in the states of Punjab and Haryana, for over 50 years. Our business has come a long way from its modest beginnings in 1969; in 2011, we won the prestigious Estate World Award for Most Innovative and Ethical Realtor Firm in North India.

In 1971, we set out to find a way to unlock the door to honesty, openness, and trust. Our mission was to make a difference in the real estate industry by giving everyone access to innovative real estate services and profitable investment opportunities.

A new notch was added to our trustworthiness belt in 2011. We are the most forward-thinking and morally upstanding real estate company in all of Northern India, as shown by our receipt of the prestigious Estate World Award. Together, with the help of our organization, we’ll be able to open the doors to any and all of the commercial, retail, or residential structures in an integrated township. The two of us couldn’t exist without one another. Subash Mangat and Group exist for one reason: to guide real estate buyers and sellers on the right path by providing them with the greatest available data, collaboration, and knowledge. This purpose defines who we are and how we show up in the world every day.

Over the years, we've built a solid foundation of trust and certainty with our clients and customers, which has allowed us to become the industry leader in terms of sales activity, community enhancement and promotion, professional skills, innovation, and customer and client results.

How have we been able to gain so much wisdom in the last fifty years?
